Aardman Studios’ Bristol Wildscreen Festival Promotional Animated Short
I found this awhile ago at Google Video France and stored it away and didn’t get around to posting it and then, you know, out of sight, out of mind, so, well, here it is. This is an animated short promotional piece for the 25th anniversary of the Bristol Wildscreen Festival done by Aardman Studios, most famous for the Wallace and Gromit TV series and movies.
The Wildscreen Festival is an annual film festival whose "aim is to encourage and applaud excellence in the production of moving images about the natural world, and so increase the global viewing
public’s awareness and understanding of nature and the need to conserve it." The festival is "held in association with WWF-UK, the British arm of the respected international wildlife charity." Without further ado, the awesome animation:
