Portraiture 2.0 – Noah Kalina’s Everyday

This morning’s about digital self-portraits by way of reporting on the exhibit. Specifically, the article discusses the explosion of portraiture made possible by the the convergence of digital photography, low-cost editing software, and the distribution medium of the Internet and demonstrated through the popularity of ‘s Everyday self-portrait on YouTube. Kalina took a still photo of himself everyday for six years and assembled them all into the video he posted to YouTube:
