Vote Flipping In West Virginia?

This is a demonstration filmed by of a touch screen voting machine in Jackson County, West Virginia flipping votes because it is not calibrated. But the machine appeared to malfunction even after it was calibrated.

    This is totally disgraceful at this time weeks before a national election and they can’t even get the machines to work properly?
    All states reported months ago they were ready for the election and no problems would occur. This happened four years ago
    and now its evident that whomever sold these machines knew they would not work properly. These manufacturers should be
    prosecuted for selling these machines to the states involved. Voters should not have to put up with substandard voting machines
    or service and have to wait hours for them to be fixed. Even after the machine is calibrated in this video it is uncertain whether
    it registered the vote properly in the final total. This is what you would expect in a country with a dictatorship like Pakistan.

    No one trusts this system because of Republicans that want to rig the votes to their favor. They are all criminals.
