President Barack Obama’s High School Basketball Highlight Reel

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

This must be a first: A president with his own sports highlight reel. President Gerald Ford had the misfortune of playing center in football, so, no highlight reel for him. George Herbert Walker Bush played first base in college but that was well before the advent of the flip cam, so no luck for you, Mr. President. His son, George W. Bush, was a cheerleader, so that footage has probably been burned by now.

We do, however, have footage of President Barack Obama playing high school basketball to go along with that all-net three-pointer he made before the troops. Found at YouTube from lovingj1.

This is a hilarious “re-interpretation” of Bonnie Tyler‘s hit song, Total Eclipse of the Heart. What if music video were literal? Found at YouTube from dascottjr via jpatrickdaly. NOTE: As the literal interpretation points out, this hit music video from the 80s looks like it was filmed on the set of a film at Hogwarts.
