YesYesNo teamed up with The Church, Inside Out Productions and Electric Canvas to turn the Auckland Ferry Building into an interactive playground. They created an installation that went beyond merely projection on buildings by allowing viewers to become performers, by taking their body movements and amplifying them five stories tall. Cleveland Steelyards

From the description at Vimeo: Since I was a child the Steel Factories in Cleveland’s Flats have always haunted me. Their furnaces blasting in the twilight, spewing flames and smoke from their bowels.

Overlooking the mills, dozens of churches speckle the surrounding area. The most notable being St. Theodosius Greek Orthodox Church – which appeared in the film The Deer Hunter. Found at Vimeo from Gary Nadeau.
