L.A. Noire Trailer

I’m fascinated with video games as a new form of storytelling and so I’ve always thought two of my favorite films– and –would make fantastic games. Great minds think alike, it appears. Rockstar (have they ever published a boring game?) is working with on , a next-gen crime/detective/open world game set in a pre-highways 1940s Los Angeles and featuring a jazz soundtrack. It looks very much like it was inspired by either or both of those two movies. By Team Bondi’s own words, it is an attempt to blend cinema and gaming.
