Ana’s Playground Trailer

I was fortunate enough to attend a private screening of Ana’s Playground for work today. It is a remarkable movie, filmed entirely in Minnesota but it looks as if it could have been filmed anywhere in the world…and that is the point. Description from the Web site: “Ana’s Playground is an allegory about the moment when a child is forced to choose between ideology and humanity while living and playing in a dangerous war environment.” Found at YouTube from erockfilm.

Punch Neapolitan Pizza Oven In Action

I am a huge fan of the restaurants here in the Twin Cities (and they also happen to be a client of my employer). They are one of the few places outside of Italy that serves genuine Neapolitan pizza. The pizza’s are baked in a wood-fired oven that is stoked to 800 degrees and, as a result, the pizza’s are done in 90 seconds. They are absolutely delicious (be sure to order your pizza with the !)
