Punch Neapolitan Pizza Oven In Action
Thursday, June 12th, 2008I am a huge fan of the Punch Pizza restaurants here in the Twin Cities (and they also happen to be a client of my employer). They are one of the few places outside of Italy that serves genuine Neapolitan pizza. The pizza’s are baked in a wood-fired oven that is stoked to 800 degrees and, as a result, the pizza’s are done in 90 seconds. They are absolutely delicious (be sure to order your pizza with the Water Buffalo mozzarella!)
